OFANDI Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of luxury designer fashion made from Ofandi, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (“EU Consumer Rights Directive”) and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK).
1. Right of Withdrawal
1.1 Consumers within the European Union and the United Kingdom are entitled to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date on which the goods are physically received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer.
1.2 In order to validly exercise this right, a clear written statement (e.g., by email to info@ofandi.com) must be submitted within the aforementioned period. No justification of withdrawal is required.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
2.1 For luxury designer fashion items, returned goods must be: - Unused and unworn (no signs of wear, washing, or alteration). - In their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and security seals (if any) still attached. - Returned in their original packaging, including any dust bags, hangers, boxes, or authenticity cards.
2.2 Ofandi cannot accept the return of items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration, or if original tags/seals have been removed, unless the goods were delivered in a defective or damaged condition.
3. Refunds
3.1 Following a valid withdrawal and receipt of returned goods that meet the conditions in Section 2, Ofandi shall reimburse all payments received (excluding original delivery costs, where applicable) within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
3.2 Reimbursement shall be effected using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3.3 Ofandi reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received and inspected, or until proof of return has been supplied, whichever occurs first.
4. Return Costs
4.1 The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods were delivered in a faulty, damaged, or incorrect condition.
4.2 It is recommended that returns be made using a trackable and insured shipping method; Ofandi accepts no liability for goods lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Exchanges
5.1 Exchanges shall only be granted in cases where goods are demonstrably defective, damaged upon delivery, or delivered in error.
5.2 Requests for exchange must be submitted to info@ofandi.com within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence of the defect or error.
6. Exceptions
6.1 Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized fashion items, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection laws. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
6.2 Promotional or discounted items are generally subject to the same return policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise during the purchase.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [e.g., The Netherlands], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under EU or UK law.
